Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of FoxDog AI, operated by FoxDog AI LLC ("FoxDog," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What FoxDog is
FoxDog is guided tooling that helps you take an app you've built with your own AI coding agent (such as Claude Code or Codex) to the App Store. FoxDog provides a framework, a step-by-step conductor, and generated store assets. You — through your agent, on your own machine — build and submit your app. FoxDog does not write your app for you, and your source code and signing keys never leave your computer.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person or organization unless we agree otherwise.
Free trial & billing
New accounts include a 30-day free trial with full access and no credit card required. After the trial, continued access to deploy requires an active paid plan. Plan pricing is shown on our pricing page; paid billing may be enabled progressively, and when it is, the then-current pricing and billing terms apply. You can stop using the service at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't use FoxDog for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Don't attempt to extract, copy, resell, or redistribute the FoxDog framework, templates, or content outside of building your own apps within the service. Framework content is licensed to you for that purpose only and is watermarked.
- Don't probe, scrape, or overload the service, or circumvent rate limits or access controls.
Your apps & content
You own your app and the content you create. You're responsible for your app's legality, its compliance with Apple's and Google's policies, intellectual-property rights, and your own privacy obligations to your users. FoxDog's guidance and generated assets are provided to help, not as legal advice, and we do not guarantee App Store approval, rankings, downloads, or any specific outcome. You should review everything generated for you before you publish it.
Third-party accounts & fees
You need your own Apple Developer account (and, for Google Play when supported, your own Play account), which carry their own fees and terms. Those relationships and fees are between you and the respective provider.
FoxDog intellectual property
The FoxDog framework, templates, prompts, software, and brand are owned by FoxDog and licensed to you for use within the service. These Terms don't transfer ownership of them to you.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your app will be approved or succeed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxDog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which may be $0 during the free trial).
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You can request deletion of your account by emailing us.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FoxDog AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
