Privacy Policy
FoxDog AI LLC ("FoxDog," "we," "us") helps you take an app you built with an AI coding agent to the App Store. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: your app's source code and your signing keys never leave your computer — we never receive them.
What we collect
- Account information — your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
- App profile you enter — details you type into the dashboard or give your agent, such as your app's name, target stores, category, and the store-listing copy and keywords we generate for you.
- Generated assets — the app icon and store screenshots FoxDog generates for you, which we store so you can review and download them.
- Usage data — basic product analytics (pages viewed, features used) and technical logs (IP address, timestamps) used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
What we do not collect
- Your app's source code. Your agent builds and ships on your own machine; we never receive your code.
- Your signing keys or store credentials. Your Apple
.p8key and any store credentials stay on your Mac. FoxDog never holds them.
How we use your data
- To provide the service — your account, dashboard, and the assets we generate for you.
- To generate store copy and images on your behalf using AI providers (see below).
- To provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
Service providers
We share the minimum necessary data with vendors that process it on our behalf:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and storage for your account, app profile, and generated assets.
- Anthropic — AI generation of store-listing text from the app profile you provide.
- Google (Gemini API) — AI generation of your app icon and concept screenshots.
- Analytics — privacy-respecting product analytics to understand usage.
- Email & hosting — transactional email and cloud hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing (only if and when paid billing is enabled; we do not store full card numbers).
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to save your onboarding progress on your device. We use minimal analytics cookies to measure product usage.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@foxdog.ai. We'll respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Database access is protected with row-level security so your data is scoped to your account, and our service keys are held server-side only and never exposed in the browser.
Children
FoxDog is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you.
